Just a note to let you know how much I appreciate your hard work these last several months as we worked to sell Bernard Home Soldour family's house located at 603 Bernard Avenue in Belen, NM. When we were ready to sell our house in Belen, New Mexico, I approached Lorraine Sachs Garcia. I Arnold Palmer Testimonialhad known her for a few years through our Toastmasters Club. She was very efficient. She knew what she was doing. She had the house appraised, went through the house with us and gave us ideas of what we might do to improve the house for presentation. Basically, she told us that we didn’t have to do much. She sent in a photographer and quickly listed the home. We only had to show the house a few times before we had a buyer that loved the home and made us a good offer. When we knew it was going to be a VA loan, we were worried about what they might demand. The couple were so eager to get the house that they made few demands. Lorraine suggested we have the roof looked by our insurance as there had been some minor hail damage. The buyers did not ask this of us, but Lorraine suggested we be proactive and do it anyway. It turned out that our insurance agreed that the roof did need to be replaced. Lorraine knew a roofer who could complete the job before the close of escrow. That job was completed the day before we closed. Often when people want things to happen in a tight time frame, whatever can go wrong does. In our case, whatever could go right, did. It was a faith building experience.
